New Passport Requirements as of January 2007
New passport restrictions for air travel to and from the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean took effect in January 2007. Travelers will be required to have a passport or other secure, accepted document to enter or re-enter the United States with all air travel. Most travelers can find information here.
Deadlines
Hotel Reservation Deadline
The reservation deadline and conference rate have been extended to July 8. Reservations must be made and secured by advance deposit or credit card by this date. Reservations received after 5 p.m. local time at the hotel on this cut-off date will be honored at the hotel's prevailing rate, based on availability.
