Tampa Bay International Airport is served by the following major airlines:

The airport is located about 5 miles from the Tampa Waterside Marriott. Taxi, limousine service, and public shuttle service are all available for transportation to the hotel. Rental car services are also available at the airport.
Private and charter aircraft may fly into the Tampa Bay International Airport and be accommodated overnight, with fuel and maintenance services available. The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel Airport Shuttle is called the “Bay Shuttle.” Bay Shuttle has well-marked booths at the commercial Ground Transportation Quadrants located at all four corners of the baggage claim level of Tampa International Airport. Shuttle tickets are $11 one-way or $20 round trip. Shuttle reservations are advised and may be made by calling 1-866-259-9929. You may purchase your van tickets using cash, in the shuttle, or major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover) when reserving online, at kiosks, or calling direct. To return to the airport from the hotel, be in the hotel lobby at the top of the hour for departure.

Climate in Tampa Bay in July
July in Florida is hot. However, you may expect afternoon showers, so bring an umbrella. These showers only add to the humid conditions, so you will be most comfortable if you bring several extra changes of clothing. See additional climate and weather data from the Florida Climate Center.
Conference Attire
Casual dress will be appropriate throughout the conference and for all social and recreational activities. In July, Tampa is generally hot with the possibility of afternoon showers. For comfort in the air-conditioned meeting rooms, a light jacket or sweater is suggested. Some items that will be helpful in making your stay pleasant include an umbrella, comfortable walking shoes, and several extra changes of clothing.
