Overview
Making the transition to college can sometimes be difficult. Students may encounter many different lifestyle adjustments and choices that can ultimately affect their academic performance.
This course has been developed for the current college freshman or those preparing to enter college. The course will address pertinent health topics that impact college students and give them the knowledge to make informed decisions when faced with difficult situations.
The course, Healthful and Safe College Life, can be completed entirely online through Kansas State University. Upon completion, the student will earn 3 undergraduate credit hours.
* This course can be applied to the University General Education requirements.

- Sexual Health
- Nutrition and Fitness
- Mental Health
- Alcohol, Drugs, and Tobacco
- Injury Prevention
- Illness Prevention
