Overview
Kansas State University is redefining the way to earn a degree in dietetics. By utilizing multimedia delivery systems, K-State offers the professional courses of the dietetics degree program via distance education as well as on the Manhattan campus.
General course work may be completed on the Manhattan campus, through distance education, or at a community college or other university. Professional courses in food, nutrition, and food service systems management are completed through the distance education program.
