Animal Science and Industry
Overview
This program provides challenging courses to prepare for production, management, marketing, distribution, and sales applications in the food industry at all levels. It builds on a liberal arts foundation with a concentration in animal science, but also includes substantial course work in agriculture, biological and physical sciences, mathematics, statistics and computer science, business, and economics. This degree provides an animal products option.
Degree Requirements
A total of 126 hours is required for graduation. A minimum of 30 K-State semester hours is required, and 20 of the last 30 hours must be taken from K-State. The minimum grade-point average required for graduation is 2.0.

Application Requirements
Students seeking a bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences and Industry must have already earned a minimum of 60 semester credit hours with a 2.0 overall minimum GPA. The application fee is $60.
