Registration
The registration fee of $125 includes all program materials, refreshment breaks, and lunch. A parking permit, if requested, and a certificate of attendance awarding seven contact hours are additional options. The registration fee for exhibitors is $250. Additional exhibitors from the same company may register at the regular conference rate.
We urgently need your registration in order to make the arrangements for this event. Seating is limited. Please register by May 30, 2008 so that we can prepare adequate registration materials.

Refunds/Cancellations:
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2008. After that date, due to guarantees we must give, no refunds are available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5. Registrants who do not cancel their registration through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees but cannnot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies
