Registration

To facilitate registration and food service commitments, please register by Friday, March 28, 2008. Your registration fee includes all conference materials, refreshment breaks, and the Annual Dinner for Tuesday Evening.

Fees:
• Conference Fee: $110
  -- (Includes the Annual Dinner, but does not include the PEG luncheon)
• KDOT Retiree Fee: $25
  -- (Includes annual dinner and PEG luncheon)
• Parking: $6
  -- (reguired if parking on K-State campus)
• Annual Dinner: $30
  -- (guests/spouse only)
• PEG Luncheon: $16
  -- (not included in conference fee, open to all conference Participants)
• pdhs/ceus:: $10
  -- (optional professional development hours certificate available)

A confirmation letter and map will be sent to all pre-registrants.

Continuing Education for Engineers

Participants may receive an optional Certificate of Participation reporting (12) contact hours, which will provide documentation for engineering Professional Development Hours (PDH) or Continuing Education Units (CEU). The cost for this certificate is $10. Mark the appropriate portion of your registration form and enclose $10 with your registration payment if you wish to receive this optional PDH/CEU certificate. If you are not in attendance for the entire conference your hours will be adjusted. Certificates will be given at the end of the conference. You must be present to receive your certificate, as it will not be mailed.

Refunds/Cancellations

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $10 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received no later than Tuesday, April 8, 2008. After this date, due to guarantees that we must give, refunds will not be available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.
