Instructors
Glenn A. Fager, P.E., is the Bituminous Research Engineer of KDOT. He has a B.S. from Kansas State University and an M.S. from the University of Kansas. He has 23 years of work and research experience in the HMA area.
Mustaque Hossain, Ph.D., P.E., is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Kansas State University. Dr. Hossain is actively involved in implementation and evaluation of SHRP Superpave Volumetric mixture design in the State of Kansas. He has more than 18 years of work and research experience in the highways area.
