The session begins at 8 a.m, Central Daylight Savings Time, on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at the Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport, Kansas City, Missouri. Lunch and refreshment breaks are provided on both days of the workshop. Sessions will run from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
