To facilitate registration and food service commitments, please register by May 30, 2008. Your registration fee of $200 includes room and board, supplies, workshop materials, and a t-shirt.

Refunds/Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received no later than June 13, 2008. After this date, due to guarantees that we must give, refunds will not be available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00.
