Responsibilities:
  1. Management of all activities and programs at UFM Community Learning Center.
  2. Overseeing personnel, fiscal management, program development, public relations, and physical plant for the entire organization. Writes and approves grant applications for special project funding.
  3. Works with UFM Board of Directors.
  4. Represents UFM at campus and community public functions, media events, and other public relations activities. Participates in campus and community organizations as part of this function.
  5. Serves on several community boards, some as part of the position and some as part of community outreach efforts. Current boards include: Manhattan Community Garden, treasurer; Manhattan Risk Prevention Coalition, treasurer; Joint Corrections Advisory Board, Vice Chair; City of Manhattan Parks and Recreation Advisory Board; K-State Institutional Advancement Education Committee, member; UFM representative to K-State United Way Campaign; Riley County United Way Allocations Committee, member; Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Retire to the Flint Hills Committee.
